THE STRATEGY

We will undertake a full audit of a tenant’s existing lease commitments so an appropriate exit strategy, budget and timescales can be determined. For most relocation’s, the two big ‘spikes’ in cost will be the likely repairing obligations (dilapidations) of a tenant’s existing accommodation and the cost of fitting out their new accommodation.  

Through our partners we can manage the process and delivery of both to provide certainty on costs.
